The Stage 1 Concept design establishes the overall vision, the Stage 2 Developed design stage refines the approved concept into a coordinated garden scheme, resolving layout, materials, and relationships between spaces. Detailed technical information is prepared at Stage 3 to support accurate pricing and construction on site, and Stage 4 covers support during the tender and construction process to ensure the design is delivered as intended.
